OUR RETURN POLICY

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your shinchoi.com purchase. If you are not, we will gladly accept the return of items that are unwashed, unworn, and unaltered with the original tags attached and accompanied by the original invoice for online orders within 30 days of the order shipment date 

  • Customers may return item(s) within 30 days of the order shipment date for the exchange of the same value.
  • Please allow up to seven business days for us to receive and process your return. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing.
